We can’t count the number of times we have woken up to see a trending holiday on Twitter or somewhere else – and we didn’t even know it existed.
However, for marketers, it’s really important to be aware of these things

28 – Data Privacy Day
This is a good time to remind your customers and audience how safe their data is with you – especially if yours is a business that’s required to collect such information.
3 – Super Bowl Sunday.
This day changes year by year but it’s almost always the first Sunday in February.
4 – World Cancer Day
Recognize the pain and plights of those that are dealing with/ have conquered the disease. Let them know your thoughts are with them. Perhaps make a donation.
5 – Chinese New Year
A little celebration and promotion for your Chinese customers on their new year, don’t you think?
7 – National Send A Card to A Friend Day
Besides a card, you can send a heartfelt message to your most esteemed customers too. Let them know they aren’t forgotten.
14 – Valentine’s Day
Share some love in any way you deem fit. After all, that’s what the day is for.
20 – Love Your Pet Day
We haven’t seen a better day to run promotions on pet items and supplies.
1 – National Employee Appreciation Day
Marketing does not have to always be external. Send some love to your members of staff too. You can then extend it by appreciating other employees that patronize your business
2 – National Read Across America Day
Promote the reading culture (parents will love you for this). If you run a library/ bookselling platform, run a promotion on that day too

April 2 – World Autism Awareness Day
This day is to raise awareness for people with autism, especially kids.
7 – World Health Day
Use this day to draw awareness to why people need to get checked regularly (for hospitals and clinics), stay in shape (for gyms), take care of their body (for spas), etc.
10 – National Siblings Day
You do know you can guilt-trip some siblings into getting stuff for their other siblings from you, right? Don’t say we told you so
16 – Wear Your Pajamas to Work Day
No excuse needed to record a video in your PJs now.
17 – Haiku Poetry Day
Send some creative haiku around your brand to customers on this day. You can even invite them to send theirs in for a prize – provided they have the winning entry, that is.

A time to celebrate your Mexican customers.

Curate products, locations, etc. that could be directed towards making the day memorable for mums.

This would be best suited for the IM world. Good products do still exist there, just you need a bit of luck finding them.

Show that your business is also in support of the green environment movement – or show that your business is in support of green environments.

A holiday that could be leveraged by medical marketers or those in related field.
